1. Strictly a Tracking Tool (No Financial Transactions)
Important: MoneRecord is strictly a financial tracking and record-keeping utility. We do not process, facilitate, or execute any real financial transactions. We do not connect to your bank accounts, credit cards, or external financial institutions. All financial data, numbers, and records present within the application are manually entered and provided entirely by you, the user.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and profile name to create and secure your account.
- User-Provided Data: Any business details, revenue entries, expenses, member invitations, and categories you input into the platform. Because we do not sync with banks, our database only holds the exact information you choose to type in.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to operate, maintain, and provide the features of the application to you. This includes rendering your dashboard, calculating your inputted summaries, managing your team member access, and providing customer support.
4. Third-Party Access & Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification or financial records to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification with our business partners. We only utilize trusted third-party services (like secure cloud hosting and database providers) necessary to keep the application running safely.
5. Data Security
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, and data stored on our app. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and permanently remove your user-provided records from our systems, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team.
